Can anyone compare this to dollar shave club shave butter?

Don’t know nothing about Dollar Shave Ckub shave butter but I do know this has been my go to for shaving paired well with my VDH safety razor

Is there anything else in the ingredients other than the four listed butters/oil? What else is in this?

Is this like shaving cream or do you put it on after you shave

It is used like Shaving cream. It softens the beard for a smooth close shave. I use the 6 blade Dollar Shave Club razors and like them better than anything I've ever used and I'm 74, so I've used a lot of them. This shave butter is a great product.
