Perfect fit for our WMF pressure cooker

Had to replace mine after 30 years of use. This one is a perfect fit. The cooker is as good as new now.

My Fagor Splendid was still on the original sealing ring. The ring was feeling kinda hard and stiff so I thought it should be replaces. I tried two different Chinese silicone replacements that were said to fit my Fagor but neither brand would seal and allow my cooker to come up to pressure. In searching, this WMF ring looked like a similar material to the original one and the 22 cm diameter was the same. I’m so happy. The fit was tight and I knew it would come up to pressure, which it did in a few minutes. So even though it’s an unlisted application, anyone with a Fagor Splendid needing a new sealing ring should give it a try!

Ring fits perfect on my pressure cooker.

My original seal got damaged in the dishwasher and I bought this as replacement one two years ago. The seal is still like new after two years of regular use (couple of times a week) but I do hand wash it. I am not sure what the manufacturer care instructions are but I recommend hand washing all plastic parts of the WMF. They do wear out in the dishwasher. ie the plastic clip-on lid handle and quite costly to replace.

かどうかわかりませんが、もう１０年以上使っている圧力鍋のパッキンを取り替えました。今までがなんだったんだろうと思うくらい、新品状態に戻りました。何回か使っていますが、たぶん、耐久性も商品付属のものと変わりは無いと思います。良い商品です。
