does this come with power adapter or run on batteries?

It does not come with a power adapter. You have to buy that separately. It can run on batteries and comes with x4 AA batteries so you can run with it out of the box. However, it burns through batteries pretty quickly - in my experience it needs another x4 batteries every ~2 hours for continuous use

Can headphones be used with this?

No headphone out. Could use an adapter for the dual mono 1/4" outputs on the back as a solution. Might need some kind of preamp between to get the output gain loud enough for headphones.

Does it come with all input chords needed to use it. If not, what chords are req'd to use this unit

It does not come with the cables. Standard instrument cables are all you need. One from your guitar or pick up to the looper and then another from the looper to the amp.

Can you loop both a bass and a guitar track and replay them out of different amps at the same time?

Yes, assign left output to track 1 and route to the guitar amp, play guitar on track 1. Assign right output to track 2 and route ti the bass amp, play bass on track 2
