I wouldn’t recommend this, I’m a 2x and it gave me problems. I used it once and threw it in my pile of more useless crap.

What are the maximum chest and waist sizes it fotss?

Im a big boy and I can wear it just fine. But for extra comfort,I just leave the strap that ties around the stomach loose.
