I like kimchi and other fermented products, but I sometimes have trouble getting probiotics into my meals because I am not always in the mood for spicy or savory. I'm always in the mood for sweet! This stuff goes great over granola or just as a shot. It's got a lovely light flavor and it's nice to drink something sweet that is good for your gut flora.
