This item arrived safe and well packaged. This is a very well presented, high quality video camera. It has a lovely matte black, grippy surface all over which makes it easy to keep hold of. This is perfectly suited for anyone that wants to take their video recording to the next level - a huge step up from using your mobile phone. Whether you want to shoot video to edit or record memories, or if you want a super high quality webcam this camera is perfect. The camera seems very capable, whatever I have done with it so far. And I think it has so much more to give that I am yet to discover and explore. This records videos in 4k and takes photos with 48 million pixels, which is ULTRA high definition! The large 3 inch touch screen can be fully rotated and is perfect for framing up shots and reviewing it afterwards. The buttons are well laid out and easy to use. This can produce some lovely videos in any hands. The accessories are a fantastic addition that really helps this camera stand out from the crowd. The lens hood is perfect for reducing glare. Whilst the handle is awesome at filming those shots from any position whilst staying fully in control and stabilised. The external zoom-style microphone really helps to capture audio, and is ideal for a whole range of conditions. A remote control is included for shooting without touching the camera - especially good at reducing shake etc if it's fixed to a tripod. And the bag that's included is ideal for keeping this camera safe, especially whilst out and about. I highly recommend this product!

This does exactly what we needed for our Ghost Hunting @modellermark2. I bought another make of 2K camera first but it flickered constantly as it tried to correct the white balance but this one is rock solid. It also allows you to change from normal to IR on the fly which is great as my other one couln't do that. Video picture quality is very good on all settings, not sure about photos bt that is not what I will use it for. Sound also works well and I have tested the external microphone in strong winds and there is very little if any wind noise and detects your voice all the way around. Zoom is digital so will never be as good as optical but is surprisingly good so not sure if it has some way of enhancing the video quality as it zooms as it doesn't seem to lose anything. I have tried it in most quality settings from 1080 30fps t 4k 60fps and very good in all and I will probably settle for 2k 30fps for most of my ghost videos as a balance between quality and file size. I am using a 128GB Sandisk extreme in it and works well - let the camera do the formatting but you can pop it out and your PC will read it. Good buy so looking forward to putting it to exciting use!

4K isn't 4K, it's upscaled. Quality is absolute trash for the money, first time I charged it I connected it to my PC and the webcam symbol came on the camera screen (camera turns on automatically). Left it to charge for an hour, disconnected it, I now have the webcam picture burnt into the screen permanently. Won't detect a lot of my SD cards after formatting saying "No SD card". The remote it comes with doesn't let you record from it making it basically useless to have. Can't install the lens protector if the surround is on, and the microphone is a bit of a joke. Avoid at all costs. I wish I kept the box for a refund...

This is an outstanding kit for an unbelievable price price. The box comes with pretty much every accessory you can think of, 2 x batteries, external microphone, soft carry case, remote, USB and HDMI cable. The noise cancelling microphone is great, with solid optical zoom and good IR night vision. The quality of the picture is on a par with any camera you might get from Panasonic or GoPro. It really is a premium product. I’ll be using this product to make YouTube videos for a friend and I feel like a pro carrying all this kit around!

There are a few flaws with this video camera, first of all the controls are fiddly - starting with the basics - the record button sometimes doesn't work first time you press it - the on-screen acronyms are unhelpful -having to unplug and plug the microphone lead in every time you want to open or close the screen seems a strange idea why it couldn't be wired internally ? Also if recording music at a gig you need to push the sound level slider to +20db on top of the microphone otherwise on playback you won't hear anything !! - the iphone app is slow to respond and slow to load video off the camera - a lot of buffering !! there are no editing facilities on the app either which is annoying and also annoyingly if you come off the app - say to view another app like email you have to reload your new clips from the camera back onto the video app every time, (you have to do this until you download each recording to your iphone - but that uses up masses of phone memory especially if you've recorded lots of videos) - Lastly for me, The text and pictures in the instruction manual are so tiny you need a magnifying glass to view them and basically are not very helpful - you cannot always get online to google some info about the camera when your thousands of feet up a mountain !! Best thing about this camera for me is the great picture quality - some design changes and improvements would give it 5 stars rating though - it's a bit fiddly to use and needs better sound pick up and simpler controls.

There are some basic issues with this camera (which I'm having to send back as a result) PROS: Lightweight, simple, and great image quality. CONS: 1. You cannot select a clean HDMI output. It replicates the viewfinder screen with all its clutter. 2. The "webcam mode" is 720p only (a clear limitation of the usb2 interface (USB2??) 3. You cannot select UK frame rates (25 or 50), which makes for difficult editing issues. Basically, this camera is for people to go, point and shoot and have fun. Not a streamer, nor a editor.

foto's zijn niet nodig. Als u de overige recensie foto's bekijkt merkt u dat verschillende apparaten zijn. Er staat andere software op en andere stickers. Is trouwens defekt toegekomen. Opneemknop werkt niet en de software laat niet toe om de datum en uur in te stellen. Mogelijks zijn er nog fouten maar ik wens er nu al geenn tijd meer in te steken behoudens mensen te waarschuwen voor grote miskopen

Produit tout à fait conforme à l'annonce et de très bonne facture. La batterie supplémentaire livrée avec est un vrai plus. Attention toutefois car il faut une carte sd afin d'enregistrer. Le mode IR est impressionnant de qualité, il s'activer depuis la télécommande fournie en appuyant sur le bouton avec l'icône lampe.

Der 4K Video Camcorder wurde mir richtzeitig geliefert. Er ist kompakt und handlich passt auch auf für große Hände, für mich als Anfänger ist die Kamera leicht und super zu bedienen, das Menü sowie die Einstellungen sind leicht zu verstehen ohne das man großartig die Anleitung lesen muss. Das Material finde ich für den Preis super. Ich kann also den Camcorder nur empfehlen besonders für Hobby Filmer.
