Product might be suitable for others, but mop was not complete for me. hence other buyers / customers might be happy with the item. order and review for yourself. Hence only 2 stars given, as not complete/ returned.

Incomplete delivery
The description says 2 extra replacement pads - but I only received one. Not happy specially since the pads will need replacing nearly every 1-2 months

If you are particular about cleaningthis is very good buyeasier than other wet mops to use, it cleans well and after use cleaning
