We are facing item Installation problem, Principal vendor Epson call center team told the product is not showing in our database. we tell that we have procured item through online.

Great scanner for the price. After 15,000 pages scanned. Only concern I have is the software is too complicated and iPhone and iPads are not directly attached to the scanner and PC is absolutely required to use. Also it would be great if EPSON has a deal with Adobe for PDF editing since Adobe subscription services are pretty annonying for occassional scanner users.

I am not the primary user at the office but this unit has been fantastic and incredibly quick. (Not really a fair comparison but Epson plus fast PC totally smoked the former Fujitsu SnapScan plus old Dell gear.) Enough setting options for our use. Image quality has been good. I would say totally worth the cost, and I would buy this again.
