Q: does it have an aux line in jack?

I had to run my 1/8 jack out of phono to RCA to (Powered Converter) HDMI to TV to get Sonos Soundbar and Surrounds connected to listen to Vinyl Albums.

Q: Will phone activity interrupt music playing? Like with Bluetooth when sending/receiving phone calls or texts?

No there is no interruption, which is a feature of Sonos. It’s better than a Bluetooth connection, so no more of hearing text messages come/and go through the speaker while music is playing.

Q: Can these speakers be added to Apple TV to make surround sound?

You will need to pair these with a Beam or Playbar as rear surrounds for surround sound. The Beam or Playbar connects to the TV using HDMI-ARC or optical cable (HDMI-ARC preferred, most TVs support this). Apple TV is connected to the TV HDMI input and the audio passes through the TV to the Sonos surround system. I have a Beam and that’s how mine is setup with an Apple TV. Works great!

Q: Would 1 of these with my Beam be sufficient? Everywhere people suggest to buy 2 of these for surround, but my living room is small

If you want true stereo sound two would be best. The sound from one is decent not great
