Needs radio and batteries and a better motor. The factory is junk! You can get a 17t perfect for drift on Amazon $19.99. Body comes in painted so you’ll need RC lexon (flexible) body paints. Tamiya kits are like 1:10 models(need to be put together.(not ready to run!) hope this helps!

How much steering angle does it have

The steering is that of a standard touring car. If you want greater steering then get a dedicated drift car. This is basically a touring car with drift tires.
