Every 1.5-4 months. Depends on hair texture, growth and aftercare.

Q: Black woman looking to loosen my tight curls to wear a wash & go, not straighten my hair. Can I use this w/o doing the flat iron and get looser curls?

I'm Latin with curls and this doesn't loosen my curls unless I use the straightener. It makes big difference in your hair texture once you wash, use product, dry, and use straighner. It's really Keratin. I used it this week with the Revlon Blowout Brush and didn't have to use straightener.

Q: How much percent formaldehyde does this have?

Lots .. all Brazilian have or once heat applied creates the form.. this is more than average smells rad .. but works good
