Ever since I began using this product, I've observed a noticeable change in my energy levels. I consume four of these capsules every morning before having any food. Initially, I experienced a slight feeling of nausea, so I adjusted my intake by taking two capsules and then another two after an hour, which worked well for me. I intend to keep using this product, although it is a bit pricey.

I can’t tell you if it really works but I am hoping it is. I’m not going to say I feel this and I feel that because I take a small dose of a drug and that makes me feel good and I take my med and break it in half so I don’t get dizzy or lightheaded as it does do that. However when taking supplements like this, I can’t honesty say, oh you guys, the level of energy is so noticeable because I used to be so tired and never got much done, but now after buying 11 times my life has changed for the better. I am only buying it just in case it is working at the cellular level and it’s doing its job without me noticing. I gave it 5 stars because I buy like 7 other products from Life Extension and I’ve never had a problem with any of their products. My next goal is to get Methylene Blue which is a powerhouse and works so well for longevity and also makes you feel good. I can’t buy that one from here or anywhere so I have to convince my doctor to write a prescription for it because if it comes from the pharmacy, it won’t have any heavy metals or anything else that’s not supposed to be in there. I am really happy with Life Extension as they have good reviews and I’m going off of what the majority is saying. I know this isn’t the most influential words you guys want to hear or read but I wish I could say, wow this thing is a game changer. I would be doing everyone a disservice. My perkies are making it so that I can’t tell if this supplement is worth it and thanks to others personal experiences on here I have been buying this product and others from Life Extension so that I have a chance of helping my internal organs, my blood and my brain in ways that are actually beneficial.

Great quality

I have been taking these vitamins/pills for over 2 years now and I can honestly say that they do give you energy. It takes about 3 weeks maybe a little less. For them to start working and you can eat any food for 30 minutes after taking them. I will never stop taking them. I have some health issues that give me extreme fatigue. So anytime I see something that helps with energy I check it out. I had run out and didn’t know it. I had to wait a week to get them. Oh boy that was a terrible week I couldn’t get out of bed. I didn’t want to do anything. I just counted down the days until I knew they were arriving. I can honestly tell you that I will never be without these in my life. I also take NAD with them. They are made by the same company. I highly recommend these supplements if you need more energy. You won’t regret it I promise.

To me, this worked exactly as advertised! A couple of things to note: 1. If you have a sensitive stomach, be careful taking all 4 pills at once on an empty stomach—I got nauseated. 2. Even in a very cool environment, it went bad before I finished it at a regular pace (4 pills a day). After that, I stored it in the refrigerator, and it stayed fine until the end.
