As I understand it, the Go Big Treatment has silicones and a lot of proteins that coat each hair and a fruit extract of some sort that plumps the hair itself while the thickening has just a few proteins and is more like a flexible styling spray. The Go Big Treatment is meant to moisturize and protect from heat. Personally, I would go for the Go Big Treatment. I hope they don't stop making it.
