I’ve been taking NatureWise Vitamin D3 50 mcg 2000 IU daily, and it’s truly become a staple in my routine. It’s one of those simple supplements that just makes sense to keep consistent with, especially if you’re not getting a lot of sun. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, with no strange aftertaste. I also appreciate that it comes in a larger bottle, so I’m not constantly reordering. So far so good. I was looking for a small size that would be easy for various aged family members to take. I was mainly concerned with making sure my 81 year old dad was able to swallow it. He is sadly dealing with depression as his dementia and changes in life occur. No complaints about texture. It is a gel capsule, but not squishy nor is is hard either. I circled which pill it is in one of the pics. The US currency dime is for size reference. The round pill is one of the calcium "petites" that also contains D3, and the other pill is a Solgar D3 pill - all for size reference. I'm hopeful this will help us during the winter months and am happy with this price and purchase.
