is this D3 derived from sheeps lanolin or fish oil?

Is there a difference between these and the Vita Optimum D3 soft gels?

I'm no expert but I researched as much as I could before choosing and it came down to these 2 brands, I personally could not find a difference. I chose the Naturewise and have been happy with them.

The pills are very tiny. Maybe about 5-6mm ball shape.
