This item has been discontinued. You are not allowed to return it. This was a very huge disappointment. I had to spend over 1200.00 more just so my grand son could play it. I will buy electronics locally from now on!

It’s been pretty good so far, only a few issues with the software not recognizing the Rift after updates; however that was resolved with a quick restart. Highly recommend if you want a cheap way to get into VR.

For those who think or want to purchase. Read negative reviews, I purchased this headset exactly a year ago, after a year of use, and or LESS expect your mic to break, there is no way to fix unless you purchase an alt mic to replace this headset, which can cost 100+ more! You will expect unplugging and replugging in over, just in order to get the headset to connect with your computer/system! It's buggy, it breaks easily, and in general, is a pain. My controllers only after four months started cracking, they are durable controllers, I treated mine with care, and still ended up with issues.....the original Rift was better, yes the headphones broke, but they broke for me after two years! This cheaper version was canceled for a reason! Even if you have to buy something more expensive, it will at least be worth the money spent; should last you longer!!!
