E Mei Shan Medicated Plaster (Jako Kototsu) (5 plasters, 3.8 in x 2.75 in) - 3 Boxes

I have been using these for over 10 years. I used to have to drive 35miles to get them. Now I can just sit back n have them shipped from Amazon ! (and I don’t use any gas LOL) they really work great. I sometimes cut them in half. WARNING:: they stick REALLY well. If you wet them they come off a little easier. Try to rotate where you put them. Don’t always put in the exact same spot. They can stay on for 8 hours.

They won’t let me speak my truth, but I love these patches, and they definitely help with my pain. I wrote a bunch of stuff in my first review that they wouldn’t post. But I think these things are phenomenal.

I had a boss that gave me one of these patches to try for back pain and now they are my absolute go to. Better than icy hot, biofreeze, or anything else iv ever tried. You need apply the patch and leave it for a day or so for it to really work. The smell is a bit strong somewhat menthol smelling, but the relief is totally worth it

Be aware that these hurt when you take them off. This is good, because it means they really stick. But ouch! They helped relieve pain somewhat.

These did good on joint pain, but my wife and myself BOTH had reactions to the adhesive and had to stop using them. Came recommended by an occupational therepist. I would suggest buy a small quantity to try before investing in the large economy size.

I initially got these patches from my acupuncturist. They work well on my arthritic thumb and my injured knee. I tried one on my lower back but it didn’t do too much but I have degenerative disc disease so I didn’t expect much. They adhere to your skin very well. Good stuff. Highly recommend.
