This candy has been a Christmas favorite for many years. Sweet, some varieties are crunchy, some have very intense flavor. Always a good buy.

Christmas delight for our family - reminds me of my youth in Havana celebrating the holidays and the new year.

If you are looking for marzipan, you need to look elsewhere. If you are looking to make some of the best almond filled deserts, breakfast with almond yogurt, and a so much more.The only concern I had was the separation of oil and almond meat required me to be reconstitute it before use. No big deal if you hae a super powerful food processor, which I do not...good old hand mixing worked though.

Quite frankly if I could give it a Zero star I would ! Again I trusted my instinct to buy these Turrones as a special treat for the Christmas holidays and what a vicious Disappointment!!!The Jijona Turrone taste a little bit of what it's supposed to have tasted like But the Grease just pours out if the box !!!Therefore if you have any issues with not being able to eat greasy foods I suggest that You don't try this Jijona Turrone because it's packed in GREASE !!!
