Brilliant Portable A/C !
One window bracket (which is included in the package) is not sufficient as my window size is big. Hence I am forced to search for additional window bracket & luckily found and ordered from Amazon market. Hence it will be helpful to specify the size of the standard window bracket and to add the additional window bracket as optional for the buyer's knowledge. Also, should include the drain tray as standard rather than optional. Other than that cooling is amazing !!

Suddenly there’s a huge noise every time I turn it on and no cooling.. NOT RECOMMENDED
