Very different from the proteins bars I'm used to, the good thing is that it's not compact at all

18 g protein And is as big as a met RX bar but is lighter so it's not that heavy on the stomach. It is very sweet. Not sticky but I think it's relying on that lower icing to kind of hold it together. So not like a real rice crisp treat that I was wanting but isn't too bad as far as a protein bar goes

I usually find most protein bars don't taste that great or feel like you're biting into a brick. Or they feel like you're trying to eat a bunch of peanut butter. These have been a game changer for me. The Vanilla Marshmallow is my favorite. If you're a rice crispy fan, you'll love these. Great consistency and taste. I pair one of these with my protein shake after my workouts. These bars travel well too. These bars have a good amount of protein & fiber as well. These make for a great dessert if you're trying to find a somewhat healthier alternative!

Won’t buy again but it tastes fine

I’ve tried all of these bars except for the mint chocolate chip. I absolutely loved almost every single one, and these and the other one that isn’t my favorite (theee, chocolate chocolate one, forget the name) ALSO took me by surprise with how much flavor is in them. How authentically chocolate the chocolate one is, I wasn’t disappointed. But my favorites… are immaculate! My favorites would definitely beee, the peanut butter one, the salted toffee caramel one, and the vanilla marshmallow one. Incredible and I do not think one tops the other with these three in particular. When I first tried the vanilla marshmallow, my first time trying these bars, I actually would say that these are the best out of ANY marshmallow-flavored rice crispy treat of any other kind. They have an amazing vanilla taste. They are a little bit sweeter, of course marshmallow AND vanilla. So I certainly wouldn’t eat these on a completely empty stomach. But my god they are incredible. The toffee caramel is probably my ultimate favorite if I were to pick one. You don’t even taste the protein in really any of these it’s crazy. The peanut butter, is a really delicious peanut butter flavor. It’s like Reese’s if memory serves, and these are so good that it does satisfy my craving for a candy bar. They do. Sometimes I give in despite trying to save them for after workouts and I take one or even two to snack on and even when I HAVE normal candy there were quite a few times that I preferred these! They’re THAT good. They’re a very decent size, which I’m very grateful for considering that, like most every protein-based product is quite expensive. Considering that many products are about the same price or more and that they’re way easier and tastier to “prepare” for myself than a protein shake, SO worth the price. Delicious.
