This is the third day of using it, i take three times a day and still no change, maybe it made me go to the bathroom a lot, Although it didn't made full or anything. But thats it. still waiting though :)

Très bon produit. Ne goûte pas trop le vinaigre de cidre vu que c'est en capsules. Utile d'en prendre avant le repas pour aider avec la glycémie.

I was unsure about adding this supplement to my daily routine but decided to try. I love it. It really does make me less bloated and less hungry but it also gives me more energy. It does not have a bad taste or smell. I will definitely keep taking this!

I have been using this product for about 2 weeks now. So far, it has helped me with cravings. I don’t crave a lot of sweets or fast food, some foods to avoid if trying to lose weight that often anymore. I hope it continues to work and work stronger as I take it. The only con I would say about this product is the strong vinegar smell and taste on the tongue when taking it. Nothing one can’t take but for someone who hates vinegar then it can be a big deal.
