I bought one of these easy, hands-free applicator Cortizone-10 tubes is a store and loved the touch-free sponge top applicator. When it came time to buy a replacement, I looked in several stores for several months and couldn't find this easy applicator variety anywhere. Yay for Amazon, because that's where I finally found it. If you don't like applying messy creams, gels, ointments, etc with your fingers, you will love this liquid form with sponge top applicator. No muss, no fuss, no touch, no mess. Dab it on and you're good to go! BTW, Cortizone-10 works great for itch relief. With a touch of soothing aloe.

I use this for Adult Cystic Acne and it Works! Yes, you are NOT supposed to use this on your face, but desperate times call for desperate measures in my case. It will DRY THOSE MO' FOES OUT!! Unfortunately, it WILL leave a dark mark when dried out but it is no worse than what my uncontrollable urges to squeeze brings. Use a Q-tip to make sure you don't contaminate the bottle and DO NOT USE NEAR EYES! This is also a good product for cystic acne. Best to use before the break outs start. I hope this helps someone because it took me nearly 30 years to find a product that worked for my cystic acne. (Someone told me it used to be available by prescription only before the last 5-10 years but I am unable to verify that.) You can probably find it in generic form at your drug store for much less. I like this product, I have been using it for a couple years now. It’s faster to apply than the cream form & no mess which I like. I can keep my Eczema under control by putting this on before bed. I can get a flare up under control by using twice a day. I wait a couple minutes for it to dry completely then apply my lotion/cream or I apply it over works also. I have very sensitive skin & this product has less ingredients than the cream form. Every time I use the cream form it feels like there is something in it that irritates my skin. Be sure to open lid in upright position & tip slowly to make sure the top did not come off, I dumped a half tube of this stuff on my lap one time. I am happy that Amazon is selling it now! It’s a hard product to find, I usually buy from a market place seller on Amazon, much more expensive. I’m stocking up!

I was kind of disappointed when I recieved this product. I thought it was going to be like a twist tube of product - sort of like a chapstick, only a BIG one - and one that does not go on your lips lol! This product is actually just like one of those doppers that you would find at a bingo hall. It has that little screen/cloth that fluid comes out of when pressed - EXACTLY like those things you use playing bingo, that when you press down on you get ink, but instead when you press on this you obviously get Cortizine10 and not ink! It is cool for some I am sure, but I had been hoping for a twist up stick to just swipe on wherever I needed it. -THAT would have been PERFECT! I believe Palmers has something like what I am talking about, but again, it is not Cortizone10 - obviously! Lol Well for what it's worth, maybe someone from Cortizone10 will see this comment/review and create what I am talking about - because if they did - I would buy it. (Again - obviously) I deducted only one star for it not being what I thought it was, but that was more my error than theirs. Cortizone10 is great product otherwise!

This was in the bag of medicine items sent with my 7 year-old grandchild when she came to visit. She asked for it when she got an insect bite, applied it herself, and went on playing. After taking a closer look at it, I ordered some. I have eczema on my hands sometimes that has been known to start itching like crazy when I’m out and about. This is so convenient! I just wipe off the spot with an antibacterial wipe, pull it out of my purse, apply it in seconds, and the itch is gone. No residue on my hands since it dries so fast. Great product.
