What battery should i order for apc smart-usp 750?

I have a SMART UPS 1000 and it a RBC-6. If you go to APC's website, it says a Smart UPS 750 is a RBC-48 but check your models number that is on a metal tag on the back of the unit to confirm that you unit uses a RBC-48.

Does this product come with a pack of 2, or is it just 1 of the 2 i need to replace all the batteries in my ups?

I think it is an assembly of 2 batteries. I have not received this order therefore I cannot answer your question. Sorry

It took about ten minutes to replace the batteries in my UPS. Most of that was extracting it from the rear bottom of the server cabinet. If you are asking "how many hours does it last?", the answer is of course... It depends. It depends on the load on the UPS at the time of power transfer, and the age of the batteries. When new, you'll have approximately 350 watt-hours available from the tow batteries together. Calculate the total load you are placing on the unit, and derate that by about 15% to account for the power factor of the typical computer switching power supplies connected. Derate another 10% for conversion inefficiency in the UPS inverter, and another 4% per month after the new batteries are installed. An example case: You have a computer that consumes 400 watts, and a monitor that consumes 100 watts, so 500 watts of connected load. So, you'll have 350/500 hours, times 0.85 for the power factor correction, times .09 for the efficiency derate. Let's see.... carry the six... You'll have about 30 mins max while the batteries are new. The derate on battery life isn't actually linear, because... Longer discussion and TMI. Know that by the end of the first year, you can expect a maximum of about 15 minutes, and by the time you get to two years the batteries are pretty much done for and due for replacement again. The computers served by this particular UPS are configured to go to controlled shutdown after 30 seconds of battery operation. That controlled shutdown saves current open sessions, and initiates a normal OS shutdown sequence. All done in less than a minute. The interface software for your UPS should include a way to script that. Don't be tempted to try and "ride out" a primary power outage. The capacity clock always seems to tick down a lot faster than it should, and there's that risk of data loss and file corruption when things finally crash.

Is this battery OEM from APC?

I have no idea. I purchased an APC RBC48 replacement battery from CSB Battery Co. I have had no difficulty and saved a lot of money.
