the stick is great, looks premium. but i got mine with a little scratch and after few breaks the tip flew away. now getting a tip replacement.

I've ordered two cue sticks and received both of them but one of them came with a case cover and the other one received without a case only wrapped with plastic

I am a professional and I used the cue stick for few months and the Taper came out of ferrule like a flower. Didn’t expect this from viper. I genuinely wish maybe the tip I got might be the problem but overall the stick was good. Wanted to keep this cue for a longer duration with me! As I really like it. GLD products if you are reading this. I genuinely like your product, maybe the tip I received on it wasn’t of good quality.
