Blue Sea Systems 5026 ST Blade Fuse Block 12 Circuit with Ground and Cover, 100 Amps

I installed this in the center console of my RIB/tender. It made the wiring very simple. I am glad my did this. It allows me to update easily.

Does what it should, can run all my items with the proper fuses.

Super high quality in every respect. The translucent cover is removable which makes routing and securing wires easier. Main power and ground feeds from the battery attach at the top and bottom. opposite of each other, which increases safety. I used ANCOR #10 heat shrink ring terminals and labels for each connection. Fuses are not included which is fine, since you should purchase the correct fuse for each load. I installed it with four #8 stainless steel screws (not included).

I think I have at least a dozen of these now, every one of them faithfully protecting devices and making wiring quick, easy, and clean. Blue Sea isn’t the cheapest, but they are arguably the best. If you’ve got the room, always go for the larger fuse block just so you’ll have some built in expansion if needed. My oldest one is probably pushing 20 years old now and it still looks and functions exactly as it did when new. As far as I’m concerned, these fuse blocks are mandatory for any vehicle electronics not just for protection but because they are so easy to use. There aren’t many electronic devices that have the absolute durability of these things. I wouldn’t think of doing any aftermarket additions without having this fuse block in line. Their bus bars are legit too.

Overall this is a great product. It is mostly thoughtfully designed and well made. Ultimately it does what it claims: You get 12 fused circuits and 12 ground terminals. You must supply your own fuses and mounting bolts/screws which is fair. I do have some complaints about this product. First, the plastic latch for the lid doesn't work well. On the unit I received, the lid doesn't click in place firmly and doesn't stay attached firmly. The lid should have a screw to fasten it to the base so that the lid stays on firmly. The other problem is that the mounting screw holes for the base are too small. They should accomodate 3/16" bolts or screws so that people have a better chance of using mounting hardware they already have on hand. I would like to see this product built to handle a higher amperage with thicker positive and negative input terminals., however for the price of this, $27.11 in May 2025, this is a great product.

I've used several of these in putting together old cars that originally came with very few fuses, and bad wiring. When adding lights, gauges, and other equipment, I've loved the simplicity of these boxes. Things I like: 1) The plastic covers come on and off very easily, and are secure when on. 2) Most other fuse panels I've worked with have not had internal busses; on other units, to power 10 fuses, you first need to split your power source 10 ways. With this unit, I can run a single #10 or #12 wire to the fuse block, and then run smaller gauge wires out to the various accessories. 3) The included ground bus is a nice touch. It sure beats trying to sink sheetmetal screws with wire lugs to find a ground, or installing a separate ground bar. With this unit, I can run a solid, known-good ground from the battery, and know my grounds are solid and not affected by a rusty body panel. 4) The body of this thing is completely solid, not flimsy in any way. I've been really finding these blocks, and in general, much of the blue sea product line to be well made, solid, and easy to use. Also, for one of my similar fuse blocks, I had lost a few of the terminal screws. They are very nice screws, with a captive star washer, and I don't know where to find them. I emailed the company for info about where to source some more, and they simply sent me a baggie with 10 or so of the screws. I love good customer service!

I would only recommend blue sea product when talking about electrical for over landing or your marine application. Let’s just call it 12 V system at the end of the day I replaced the manufacturers fuse block in my four wheel campers project M with this because I know I can trust blue sea, as I have used them before, and I believe their rating and safety record.

Well built and designed fuse panel. I bought this to replace the power center in my A-Frame pop up trailer. I would prefer that the wire ends had a little more coverage as they leave the unit, but any wiring there should be properly terminated (crimped, soldered, and adhesive heat shrink applied) so that there are no chances for exposed conducting wires. Will have this installed in another week, looking forward to the final product that this is contributing to - well worth the price.

After having bought two of the cheaper ones on Amazon at 1/3 of the price of this, I finally decided to risk the £40 and see what it's like, intending to replace one of my existing fuse boxes. I am not disappointed. The quality of this unit shines through and I have immediately ordered another to replace the other cheap one.
