The kinesis freestyle keyboard doesn't come with feet or palm rests. The palm rests work. The feet work. You have to remove the feet to fit the palm rests, so your ergonomic keyboard is now flat. Bad design. Waste of time.

I can't believe I used my Freestyle 2 keyboard for several months without these palm rests. My hands got a lot more comfortable after I installed the palm rests. I haven't tried the tenting thing yet, but I might give that a try someday

Provides some support for the wrist. When used in combination with the freestyle it makes a noticeable difference in strain reduction.

Wore out the foam pads, so using this to replace them, as buying just the foam pads... is more expensive. Weird, but I'll save the $10.
