Easy to install. It clears my kitchen counter of clutter. It did take some effort to get the soap to create a vacuum in the tube for the pump to work. It is not a design flaw just a matter of getting air out of the hose to the pump to deliver the soap. I like color of the brushed nickel; it matches my faucet. It has a clean appearance. Pump works very well. Pump quality is very good. There is no leakage when a full pump is delivered. I won’t have to refill for a very long time since I am using the half gallon size container. Refilling should be easy; just transfer the tube to a new bottle. Do not get air in the tube and it should be ready to start pumping again. It fits comfortably underneath the sink in the back of my cabinet. It is priced accordingly.

Works perfectly. I installed it with ease and it very much matches our kitchen style.

This Built-In-Kitchen Sink Soap Dispenser is working really well! It was relatively easy to install and connect to a full bottle of liquid hand soap. We have been using it for at least three months, and the bottle of soap is 3/4 or more full. If I have a wish, my wish it the dispenser pump handle would articulate or bend to pump rather than having to depress it down an inch before it dispenses soap. But this is not a deal breaker. This dispenser is worth it.

UPDATE: I was so bugged by the big black washer gasket that I decided to go against the instructions, or what appeared to be the instructions, and install the big black washer gasket on the underside of the sink, instead of between the sink and the dispenser. The reason I decided to do this is because I found a photo of a similar product that clearly shows the big washer under the sink (I've included the photo). The written instructions say to leave the washer on the threaded flange, but that's a bit confusing, because there's actually two washers: the big black one, and one that is nestled into the base of the dispenser. The picture diagram kind of shows two washers (one above, and one below), but doesn't have any written text acknowledging that there are two washers and how they should be arranged. I'm so glad that I decided to rearrange my installation, because it is soo much better. It's better fitting, making for a much tighter installation, and it looks so much better, providing the clean and sleek appearance that I wanted. So, for anyone getting this, just know that there should be two washers - one thin one that stays with the base, and one really thick one that installs under the sink with the nut. I originally gave 4 starts, but now that the installation matches the listing photos, I'm updating the review to 5 stars. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I wasn’t too happy with the fact that the dispenser has to sit on top of a big huge rubber washer in order to tighten down. I tried just using the washer gasket that was already built in to the dispenser head itself, but that didn’t work because the threaded section under the sink that the nut tightens onto wasn’t long enough, making it so the nut stopped at the end of the threading before it was tightened. So the big black washer had to be on there to make it so the nut will tighten down. I thought about installing the washer under the sink instead, but I fear having the softer rubber against the tightening nut will make it so it doesn’t seat firmly enough to keep water from seeping underneath the dispenser, and that also is not what the instructions say to do. NONE of the listing photos show this big black washer sitting on top of the sink. All that being said, I like this dispenser enough to only deduct one star from my review. The entire reason I bought it is because I just installed a new Kohler faucet and soap dispenser combo, and the soap dispenser quit working after a few weeks. I wanted a replacement while I try to navigate the Kohler lifetime warranty. My other option being to remove the faucet and return the entire set to Home Depot and get a full replacement. That’s much more time and energy than I have, so I decided to go with this dispenser as a hold-me-over. I personally like the looks and the function of this dispenser better than the Kohler one. The only downside is that dang washer. It doesn’t provide the sleek and clean appearance I was hoping for, but not a big enough deal breaker to send it back. PS… my sink has a bit of staining from the original faucet that was installed. That’s not dirt lol

Update: ordered a second one to use for lotion. My plumber disconnected the line from the dishwasher to the backlit. I replaced the backfilled with a second tube dispenser . NoteI have one for dish detergent and one for lotion. I wash my hands alot so my skin gets dried out. I like having lotion right at the sink to keep my hands moisturized. The dispensers look really nice at my sink. Original: I used to have a water dispenser in this spot that I never used. My sink counter area was too cluttered so I decided to replace the water dispenser with a dish soap dispenser. I searched and searched. This style matched my Moan faucet the closest. After reading the reviews, I was nervous because some people mentioned that it’s plastic. So I was like aww man I don’t want it to look cheap. I went ahead and ordered it, but I also ordered an authentic Moen dispenser just in case I didn’t like this one. Well, glad to say that I can return the $139 Moen dispenser! This one looks lovely! I love that it includes the kit to connect directly to my large dish detergent bottle so I will not have to worry about frequently refilling. Assembly was easy! I almost called my handyman to come do it but decided to try myself. The only thing that was difficult was access to the opening because my farm sink blocks access. I had to really stretch and get in there to attach, twist and tighten it. It’s good and tight in place. Saved myself $50. It does not look cheap and it works like a charm! The tube was in good condition so the detergent flows/pumps with no issues. I’m very happy with this upgrade! Even happier that I didn’t need to spend over $30 to get the look and function that I needed.

Easy to installed, so far, no leaks, package is light, not too heavy. Definitely rust resistant since it's mostly plastic. Doesn't feel high end where other have metal construction. Need to pump multiple times to get the right amount of soap

Used this instead of blank cover when fitting new black sink in kitchen. Nice to use and smart fit. Not easy to refil by pulling the top off as suggested in description. The mechanism stays put inside. I refil by unscrewing underneath and screwing back in - this is easier than you might expect, as long as the holding screw done up tightly, the bottle will unscrew easily.
