I have a mac palette and they do not work properly. I want my money back.

The magnets had a blue protective film on the opposite side of the glue so that it wouldn't get damaged before use. However, they do get a bit damaged when moved around in the palettes. So a bit unnecessary, but very satisfying to peel off :) Wish there were smaller sized circles included, because I had eyeshadows smaller than the standard size. But you can easily cut the square shaped ones to desired size (I simply rounded off the edges with some sharp scissors). The included tool was a bit too thick to peel out the eyeshadows, so I used a knife instead, but great for scraping out the damaged shadows and mixing with alcohol into a new pan. Great prize for what you get!
