* Background: I have done Bariatric Surgery so I need to be on multivitamins for the first year or two. After my surgery I used chewable multivitamins and even though it had high doses of all needed vitamins but I still felt dizzy and lacking even though I am on top of my food & nutrition. 6 months after my surgery I switched to Solgar Female Multiple (which I got from my local pharmacy not Amazon) and I never looked back. * Pros: - it does the job intended of providing you with the vitamins your body needs - Has almost all basic vitamins and minerals needed by the body - I feel that my body is getting what it needs and I feel normal and energetic. I was always tired and sluggish with the previous chewable multivitamins. * Cons (but not deal breakers to me): - MASSIVE pills!!! Never seen something as big before! I was scared the first time I used them since I am a Bariatric but they went down fine. - Horrible taste!! Will take time to get used to them and for your tongue to become neutral to its taste. - Urine will become fluorescent yellow. I had the same thing with some brands of Vit. C so probably the same colouring. * Tips for optinal use for Bariatric Surgery patients: - Make sure you have it WITH your meal and it is a decent size meal. I take it before my last bite usually. This also helps to get it go down better too. I swallow it with a sip of water then have the last bite of my food. - Take one pill each meal (up to 3 a day). Taking them all at once as some directions suggest might overwhelm the tiny Bariatric stomach. - Have your water ready next to you when you take it. The taste is horrible so you want it to go down as fast as possible. * Please note that this multivitamin doesn't have 100% of the Daily Recommended Value of Vitamin D and Calcium which are at 50% and 31% respectively. If you're lacking those two and needed a higher dose then get them separately as per your doctor's discretion.

The expiration date is in 2 months only. For that kind of products we expect the expiration date to be at least 6 months.

These multivitamins are great, excellent quality as any other product I've tried from this brand. I guess it's mostly my fault for not reading the nutritional facts carefully, but these vitamins have an insane amount of complex B, way too much than the daily intake recommended. That triggered a lot of acne that took like 4 months to stop completely after I quit the vitamins. I gave the remaining vitamins to a friend who has zero acne issues, and she loved it.

Si por mí fuera se lo mandaría obligatorio a todas las mujeres de este planeta. Es muy importante suplementarnos para las hormonas y para los nutrientes que como ya sabemos hoy en día los nutrientes de los alimentos eh brillan por su ausencia. Me gusta mucho este multivitamínico y tengo otra de otra marca que también es una maravilla, pero sin duda me quedo con este porque aparte de ser un multivitamínico también aporta apoyo para las hormonas de la mujer que siempre es un punto a favor. A mí personalmente hace que mi orina sea de color amarillo fosforito, y a medida que va pasando el día como bebo bastante agua al final acaba siendo transparente como tiene que ser. Este multivitamínico es recomendable tomarlo con la comida para que se absorba bien con las proteínas y grasas. No sé muy bien porque mi orina es amarilla pero no me importa sinceramente. Antes tomaba una mezcla de suplementos y vitaminas etcétera y ahora con este simplemente me tomo mi pastilla diaria y se acabó me he quitado de estar llevando un pastillero que parezco una abuela de 80 años. Es súper cómodo y sin duda si necesitas tomar algún suplemento aparte evidentemente pues habrá que tomarlo pero con este, es bastante completo. Repito yo se los recomiendo a todas las mujeres, este multivitamínico y aparte un probiótico que tiene Solgar que se llama advanced, son las dos cosas más importantes que todos en este mundo deberíamos tomar como regla obligatoria todos los días.
