Yes, it does Amazon Customer. It only blows a little bit of air, and has little streamers to look like air is blowing harder than it really it. It's a really fun toy!

How do you replace the battery

There is one screw on the side I think 2 or 3 AA batteries.

What ages is this for?

I bought it for my 3 year old grandson. He loves it. I would say ages 2 & 3 year old children are best suited.

Is there any way to get the battery cover replaced?
