Great set of exercise bands can't say more

Personal trainer here. I’ve purchased plenty of lousy bands. These are by far the best. I bought a second set, so I have them in different locations.

Excellent flexibility and elasticity with a solid resistance throughout the range of motion. Much better than other bands that we have tried. Large enough for overhead single or double looped stretches. We use them with a wall anchor nylon loop to perform cross cable style moves (e.g., triceps pushdowns and cross-body rotations, etc.). Heads-up, they are a bit prone to tearing if you wrap them around shoes so we wouldn't recommend.

I used Gaiam beforehand and found them better than other brands. Good quality.
