It seems that everything that I’ve purchased from OXO is really good quality. They are not an expensive line, but they are really reliable in their quality. I’ve stopped buying the “high-end” kitchen brands and instead look for the OXO brand. They just hold up better. I use this large peeler for shredding cabbage for my fish tacos. It works incredibly well with the cabbage coming out thinner and more quickly than I could ever cut it by hand. It’s super sharp, and works so well. I’m delighted with the purchase.
