Which screen and cutter combo head fits my Braun 320-s-4?

Is this the correct replacement cutter for my 390cc-4?

Looks correct to me. If you go to the Braun website it is possible to sort to confirm the part number and/or what they call the part for simplicity. Here is a link to the 390cc-4 (http://bit.ly/1joILE0). Site shows that the Braun Series 3 390cc-4 black replacement head is the "32b" part (or part #81296064). BTW other replacement parts can be determined at the provided link

I've ordered the 32B and 32S, both seem to be just the foil only. Is it me or are they claiming the cutter is included but it's not?

I can't speak for the 32S, forget what the difference was. The 32B that I received was the full head unit foil/cutter combined. Was as simple as taking the old one off and swapping out for the new one. I am pretty sure you are good with either though.
