It’s not working with windows 10?

Dear customer hid omnikey 3121 works with windows 10 but pls note you need an application to get output from the smart card. It will not transit any data direclty to excel or word. Regards

Can you update the software? because it can't read the new ids (uae). thanks

the device does not come with any software. however you can visit the the HID Omnikey site and find the drivers and related softwares on the site.
