I've been unable to get black bean sauce in my local grocery store so I bought this. I like the Lee Kum Kee brand (I use their soy and teriyaki sauces), and it made perfect chicken with black bean sauce. It's a good size (I wouldn't be able to get through a larger bottle. Excellent quality - I highly recommend it.

J'ai récemment commandé la sauce aux haricots noirs de Lee Kum Kee pour préparer le délicieux plat coréen, Jjangmyeon. Cette sauce a été une révélation pour moi car elle a vraiment donné vie à mon plat. Sa texture épaisse et son arôme authentique ont ajouté une profondeur de saveur incroyable à ma recette de Jjangmyeon. La consistance de la sauce est parfaite pour ce plat spécifique, elle se mélange très bien avec les autres ingrédients et offre un équilibre idéal entre la richesse des haricots noirs et une légère touche umami. Yummy.... I put this in the broccoli beef dish and the taste was absolutely delicious... Expiration date is way ahead in time too. Will definitely stick with this brand and really quick shipping too. Nicely wrapped in bubble wrap which was nice...
