Virginia is for Lovers Coffee Mug

It was the perfect plan: ship two of these California-made "Virginia is for Lovers" mugs to my sister-in-law and brother-in-law who happen to live in Connecticut and convince them that, well, Virginia is for lovers and to move down here! However, much to my dismay, my plan was foiled. They shipped them separately and the first one was broken. They've pushed back shipping on the second so who knows if they'll ever realize that Virginia is a happening place and move closer. Thanks a lot.

I ordered this three months ago. They won't send it to me - they keep requesting extensions and won't let me cancel my order. Garbage policy.
