I am not sure what this is. But it’s not pre-workout unfortunately. Loved the brand about a year ago but shops have stopped stocking it. So tried getting it online but not as remember it. Won’t be buying again.

Didnt like the product, the effect is very mild and not very tasty. Stoped using it after the second scoop

This is my husband’s favorite pre work out. In his words, “it gives me the best pump before working out!” No jitteriness, give him the pump he needs before/during working out. Does not get tired throughout the day either. Loves the flavor options the offer and uses daily.

Great preworkout. Works exactly as described. It will give you relentless energy to complete even the most grueling workouts. If this product does not work for you, I recommend taking a break from stimulants and/or looking at your multivitamin. A lot of vitamins and minerals in this product, I recommend taking with Animal Pak as this is a perfect stack. It may take a week or so for your body to adjust, once it does the preworkout works every time. I also appreciate the price and the fact BSN has kept the 30 and 60 servings. You can find this product at .50c - .75c per serving, which by preworkout standards is fantastic. Works great for my morning workouts.

I was deciding between this preworkout and Optimal Nutrition - I’m glad I went with NO Xplode. I got the watermelon one and it tastes amazing (really just hoped it would not be too sweet). Also this is the first preworkout I’ve had where it fizzes when mixed with water, giving a refreshing mouthfeel when drank. It does have a strong caffeine kick that can make me jittery so I stick to half a scoop. Even with half, it gives me the boost I need to have a more effective workout. I’ve definitely noticed the difference

I've enjoyed a BSN product nearly every day for the last 10 years. I love N.O Xplode as product, and many of their flavors. I decided to try a new flavor and chose Cherry Lime Ice. Unfortunately, this might be the worst flavor of Pre-workout I've ever tasted. It's like drinking Lysol. Please, choose a different flavor. Grape is amazing, Watermelon is good every other day, and you can never go wrong with fruit punch.

The product itself is fine, I've used it in the past. However, the canister lid was crooked and I had to pound the lid down just to make it be on the threads to get it off. Once I did the seal was broken underneath too. That's the reason for the 3 stars. Other than that it's a good pre-workout. The watermelon flavor is pretty intense but I kind of just chug it, it's not like I'm mixing a cocktail and sipping on it so I'm really not too picky.
