A must-have for my feet
Effective pain relief. As a nurse, I am on my feet constantly. I wear my compression hose and have my own protocol for foot care. It includes a self pedicure, hot wax, epsom salt, ice baths, foot soak, Shea butter, foot exercises, and of course Arnica gel. It helps me to keep doing what I love.

Great for reducing bruising after surgery.
I used this on my shoulder after rotator cuff repair. I was pretty bruised and this really helped. It was less money for this type , and it was the same ingredients. Highly recommend this.

Greasy. No pain relief. Using Vaseline is about comparable.
