Are both games on cartridge? or one on cartridge and another needs to be downloaded?

They are holding back the releases of 64gb cartridges not sure why. But when they do; I bet that a lot of the developers who thought that they would need two of those; could easily just swap to the 64gb cartridge. As for RDR 2 a lot of people are wanting that game but they can't, either bcs of switch cartridge limit or bcs of the graphics; they won't have an excuse when they release those 64gb cartridges. Unless well; its the Switch holding it back. Which is why I can't wait for switch pro!
