Great product
Fantastic product!!! Great for surgery or child birth or any reason you need them with a dual purpose of being able to be hot or cold. I like the shape and the softer side really helps as it stays cold but is much gentler on the skin. Love this product and would definitly recommend.

Really great, just not the right shape for what I needed
I had to have a core needle biopsy on one of my breasts and the prep instructions said I'd likely need to use ice packs on the suture site for a few days. I bought a pair of these, and overall they were great. It's super helpful to have soft cloth on one side that can rest directly on your skin. In my case, though, the suture site was way on the side of my breast, so I couldn't really center it as it was designed. There was really no way to know this ahead of time, though, and I made it work. Was really grateful to have these!

A lifesaver for postpartum relief!
I’m so grateful I got these compresses because the breast pain during postpartum was intense. But thanks to them, I was able to soothe the pain, relax, and even sleep better.I love that they can be used hot or cold, depending on your needs. Works GREAT
These were used after surgery and did the job! They stay cold a long time and are easy to use. The directions say don't leave in freezer for a long time. But I do and they work great!!!!

Not a fan
After two uses, both of my heat packs busted open in the microwave. I followed the directions as stated and one day apart from each other, both busted open.
