How do I get this company to pay for my toaster oven this product melted onto?

I'm a new toaster oven user. Where do you place these mats--on a rack on the lowest level? On any rack under the pan or dish?

The mat goes on the floor of the toaster oven, and stays there until it needs washing. It will catch drippings, crumbs etc. that always fall to the floor of the oven.

Can this item be used in the cusinart air fryer oven?

Yes, I use mine in a fryer counter oven.

Does this fit the bov900bss?

After reading the previous two answers, let me just say that these mats are not for the purpose of placing directly under food to keep it from sticking to the pan. They are simply to prevent spillovers and food sticking to the bottom of the Brevell smart oven. We have a BOV800 XL So I’m not really sure if they would fit in your “crumb tray” or not.
