Rhino Rack 32112 SUNSEEKER 2.5M/2.0M SIDE WALL, Large

Poor craftsmanship or quality control, I can't decide which. Issue number one: This will only slide onto one side of the awning. The sleeve where the pole slides through tapers on one side. Not sure if this is a design feature but in all the pictures I've seen it appears to be on both sides. If this is a design feature I don't quite understand it. Issue number two: The third time I used it the stitching that holds the guy line in place blew out. Issue number three: Customer service is non-existent. I filled out the warranty form, online, a week ago and have yet to receive a response. I never even received the confirmation email they said I would get when I submitted my claim. I emailed customer service directly and still no response.

Not fit for purpose. It has inadequate horizontal support. Flaps and damages the the structure of the awning

It’s definitely a nice addition to my current Rhino awning. Fairly easy to setup (even by yourself!), it will provide an extra sun protection. Be aware that I do not recommed to use it on a windy day.
