How do I apply the labels?

They are so easy to apply. Just peel off backing and stick on your desired surface. I put mine on glass containers. They look great! I placed a couple labels on a bit crooked so, I immediately pulled off and reapplied. They did great! Hope this answers your question.

How can I view the reference sheet before I buy it? I am looking for oils and vinegars

They have a list of what's on a sheet,that has everything listed in that particular package before you buy

Do you have any label for fruits ?

If they don't have the label, they'll gladly make you one for something like $5 EACH. A lot of money for one label, IMHO
