Have been using this for sometime. You need to increase your heart rate by doing some exercise for it to be activated. Word of caution it will stain your clothes, so I use it with a thermal vest I do sweat a lot while using it

Diet is everything. I didn’t see difference by using it

I use this very infrequently however it does encourage sweat in my abdomen area. I use this under my waist trainer when working out. This is my second time ordering.
