Pro-Lift B-008D Grey Hydraulic Bottle Jack - 8 Ton Capacity

Bought this jack because I had to repair my outside deck, and level it,, found it to be a bit shy of the hieght I needed , had to use some blocking to get it, that was no problem, found it a little slow on the lifting, but it did the job good, was satisfied with how it performed, use to using 50 ton screw jacks, for construction and getting small building ready for moving,, but for my personal use it did a great job

To give you an idea of the size of the Jack when fully extended, ball your fist, and put it down on a flat surface, from your knuckles to the tip of your elbow is about how high this thing will go when fully extended, give or take a little. It’s heavy for its size. Did not leak oil or nothing when I got it. Seems okay. Haven’t used it yet though other than fully extending it to see what it’s full height is. Will probably update this whenever I actually use it

For how cheap it is, this is an amazing product! For those that say that it doesn't jack very fast they should check the oil level. Mine was shipped without sufficient oil but after adding it it lifts only slghtly slower than my heavy duty floor jack. Only bad thing about this product is that it is made in China. I always deduct 1 star for any chinese made stuff.

Very good product for the money, works well! Easy to left, easy to release. I used this to lift a 2 ton rock in order to put more support ground under it. It lifted it like it was a piece of cardboard. The top gripped the boulder well and didn't slip. This allowed me to do a job that would have been almost impossible otherwise.

So it's overkill to use an 8 ton bottle jack on a 1/2 ton pickup truck. But it works great. My old 1.5 ton jack struggled, where this one just lifted the truck off the ground without any problem. If it would fit under my car, I'd get another one.

I used this today to swap the wheels on my 2016 Forester. It works great, very easy to pump up, no leaks. I like that the jack is so compact. I have the 8 ton version, which is overkill for my vehicle, but whatever :)

I bought this for my truck. I just assumed that this type of jack would not be an issue. However when purchasing be sure to check the height of the jack when it is at its lowest point with the height of your vehicle. I have a Ford F150 with factory tires. This jack will not fit under my front to jack it up to change a tire. I would have purchased something more expensive, and shorter so that it works properly had I known that this was an issue. The jack is well made and works nicely but I can't use it for the intended purpose and it's been about two months since I purchased it until I needed it to change a tire, I don't think I can get my money back.

Bought to throw in the tool box of my truck. This plus a block of wood will make me thank myself later if I ever have to use it.

It looks great build, made in China, i got the product in original packaging, oil leaking from the control valve from first user. Oil seeping through small quantities. So I returned. Build quality is ok, but oil leak is not good.

Great jack had one back in the day. Way easier to use that thise wound up scissors jack
