Good value
Bought this as an alternative to Japanese rice vinegar which is like like £2.00 for a tiny bottle, so I needed something more value for money. This one is almost identical and has that nice sweet pickle flavour, ideal for sushi and pickling things like cabbage, shredded carrots etc (obviously) .

This is my favourite, it has a good balanced flavour without being harsh , works well with the Korean food that I cook.

Great for sushi rice and Eastern cookery
Arrived on time and securely packaged in a padded box, no leakage and reasonably priced for such a large amount, 1 litre. Mixed some into sticky rice and sesame seeds, we made several great varieties of sushi and moulded rice shapes. Will buy again when needed.

Better to make your own, but in a pinch this is good to reach for and is easy to use. Quality is good, value for money is excellent, and it tastes decent - but don't use too much, pay attention to recommended quantities, or it can overwhelm your rice.

Excellent
I love Emma Basic products, have been using the sushi nori for years. This is the first time I tried the sushi vinegar, TBH I thought I was buying rice vinegar. However it really does make good sushi. Will continue to buy.
