I've taken this daily for many years. I find it a better option for me than fish oil for Omega 3. Barleans is always fresh & in excellent condition when received. There's no taste or smell & it doesn't repeat on me after consuming. As my blood work consistently reads well, I feel the benefits are working for me. Best for night sweats
This has helped with night sweats! Going through perimenopause and I am always cold so night sweats were never an issue until a year or so ago. But this has made them go away.

Great quality product. Joints felt better when taking. No longer able to take with prescript meds. per doc. Unopened, and unable to return, though there is no indication that returns are not available for this item. No notification from Amazon this time on auto ship or would have cancelled subscription before it shipped. Sorry, waste of $ for me this time since unable to use.
