Really like the convenience it brings us, easy to install and to operate. After some time we had some issue and support had no issue in sending us a replacement unit.

All in all a great product for that price.

My lock broke down 2 years after purchase. Contacted the seller and they were very understanding and sent me a replacement free of charge.

Easy to use very good This lock made things easier for me because I had to have a lot of keys and change the lock from time to time.

Disappointing!! First of all the installation is not that easy as it seems, it requires attention small details, it took time but evantually I was able to install it. Secondly, lots of UN-Smart details noted: 1- The new battery appeared on the app as 50% charge! 2- The app layout and look is sooo poor and old fashioned and not that user friendly 3- the entries log is not synced properly. Not all unlock history is appeared on the app which considered a huge deficiency. 4- I know this is a Bluetooth device but the app does not force auto synchronisation with the lock once the phone get close to the device so there is no notification comes directly to the phone to notify the unlock entries. 5- why the batteries are installed from outside! 6- for the access cards you can't delete the card remotly the curd needs to be physically exist so you can delete it this is huge deficiency as the card could be stolen engine need to remove it! Overall the device working properly and there is no issue in the locking and unlocking however multiple improvements should be done at least on the app.

Awesome product.. Very futuristic and innovative technology. Very easy to install and setup.. Excited to use it in my home. Has got a-lot of cool features like RFID, unlocking through your phone or keypad. Can’t wait to try everything out.. Thank you

Va fatta innanzitutto una premessa, sulle informazioni che si cercano quando si fanno ricerche su queste serrature smart: non è direttamente confrontabile con molte altre serrature smart, non solo per il prezzo leggermente inferiore, ma sopratutto perchè questa non è di quelle che gira direttamente le mandate, ma si limita ad abilitare l'apertura o chiusura, che poi viene fatta manualmente girando fisicamente la manopola, come si farebbe con la chiave. Questo si traduce in minori problemi che il dispositivo può dare ed in una maggiore durata della batteria (monta 3 ministilo AAA, non incluse, che secondo il produttore dovrebbero durare circa 1 anno). Inoltre non occorre verificare la compatibilità con il proprio cilindro, visto che si sostituisce per intero allo stesso. Non richiede, infine, l'utilizzo di smartphone o l'associazione ad altri dispositivi per il funzionamento. L'installazione richiede davvero pochi minuti: si toglie la vite che mantiene il vecchio cilindro, lo si sfila, si inserisce questo e si rimette la vite. Nient'altro. Nella confezione c'è già tutto l'occorrente. L'utilizzo del dispositivo è effettuabile tramite codice da digitare sul tastierino numerico (si sceglie quello amministratore e quanti se ne vogliono utente, anche con la possibilità di creare un utente temporaneo scegliendo data e ora dell'abilitazione, utile ad esempio per ditte delle pulizie oppure per B&B), tramite TAG RFID (inclusi ce ne sono già 3 davvero molto belli e piccoli, ma se ne possono comprare anche altri) e tramite smartphone, con bluetooth. E' inoltre possibile anche acquistare separatamente l'hub per avere il controllo da remoto e per essere notificato sulle aperture. Utile il sistema di sicurezza del tastierino numerico, che permette di inserire numeri casuali prima e dopo quello corretto (purchè al centro, quelli corretti siano digitati correttamente in sequenza) nel caso in cui ci fosse qualcuno a guardare. Non c'è il rischio che si scarichino le batterie, rimanendo fuori. E' infatti posssibile sostituirle anche a porta chiusa. Inoltre, in caso di emergenza, è possibilie utilizzare un powerbank, tramite porta microUSB per alimentarlo ed aprire la porta. L'app non è tradotta perfettamente, ma funziona bene e permette oltre all'apertura, di gestire tutto, modifiche ed aggiunta dei codici e delle card RFID, visualizzare i log, lo stato delle batterie ed eventualmente associare l'hub. Tutte le stesse funzioni si possono fare fisicamente tramite tastierino numerico, evitando completamente l'app. E' anche possibile disattivare il bluetooth per ridurre il consumo di batterie. Il funzionamento è molto semplice: si abilita tramite uno dei 3 metodi e la manopola è quindi abilitata ad aprire o chiudere manualmente la serratura, ruotando la stessa. Dopo un tempo impostabile da 5 a 14 secondi si disabilita nuovamente.

Die beiliegende Anleitung war klar und verständlich, was den Installationsprozess erleichterte. Fazit: Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem WELOCK PCB01 elektronischen Tür-Schließzylinder. Er bietet eine Kombination aus modernen Sicherheitsfunktionen und Benutzerfreundlichkeit. Die Passwort-, Bluetooth- und RFID-Funktionen arbeiten nahtlos zusammen und bieten eine effektive Möglichkeit, Ihr Zuhause oder Büro sicher zu halten. Ich kann dieses Produkt ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen. Die Einrichtung der App und die Verbindung mit dem Schloss benötigt unbedingt ein Update da das einrichten nicht ohne Tücken ist. Leider ist die APP nicht so schön.

En primer lugar decir que la instalación ha sido relativamente sencilla. El único pero es que no vienen en los manuales el idioma español. En cuanto a su funcionamiento, cumple 100% su cometido y funciona correctamente. Tenemos la opción del código, también se incluyen tres tarjetas para poder usarlas para abrir y no me han dado ningún tipo de problema para abrir la cerradura. Se dispone de una aplicación para el smartphone (tanto para iOS como Android) desde ahí podemos abrir también la cerradura y controlar la hora exacta de las veces que se ha abierto la cerradura. La cerradura inteligente funciona a través de unas pilas (que no incluyen), también se puede cargar a través de una conexión que tiene. En resumen, tras probarla cumple 100% su comedido y hasta el momento no he tenido ningún problema.

I ordered this lock system to be used in our Airbnb. I have had it in use for a while now and it has been excellent! It was easy to install and it is easy to operate. It is so nice not having to worry about guests losing or copying keys. The fobs work great and you can still enter easily with the password you select. I am going to order another for my home!!
