Bacopa

Love this, I am 67 and have been taking this for at least 2 months. I can definitely tell the difference, no brain fog, Focus and energy. I also use it on conjunction with Jarrows MagMind 2G - I wish I knew about this when I was going through menopause. Worth the purchase. No Side effects, I take this with my morning Green and fruit smoothie.

I have been taking this, once a day in the morning, for about 6 weeks. I'll start by saying that my memory actually tests out as pretty poor during professional tests. My attention and memory are so poor that I have actually quit driving for safety reasons. I am only 26 years old and because of my age my doctors aren't too interested in looking into my memory problems, so I decided to try to improve my situation on my own. I started out with quite a few supplements... large DHA pills, acetyl l-carnitine, ALA, etc. I took these all together, it was a lot of pills and had minimal results. I decided to simplify my supplement regimen and ditched the old supplements for a single Himalaya bacopa pill every morning. I have been on this supplement for 6 weeks now and I feel a lot better. I feel much more alert to my surroundings and my recall is much better, and I am not having trouble with facial recognition and getting lost as much. My husband has noticed my memory and attention are better. This is a wonderful supplement and I would suggest it to anyone having acquired mild to moderate cognitive or memory difficulties. A note about the lead content some people are nervous about: the lead in this product is far below the amount of lead permitted in supplements, and much below the average daily lead intake. Apparently a lot of natural supplements contain trace amounts of lead at non-toxic levels due to natural lead in soil and then plants, so personally it is not something I am scared of. Another note about the ingredients: This supplement contains both whole plant and extract ingredients, so it gives a wide range of components of the plant, which from my reading makes for a more effective bacopa supplements.

Update #2 I started taking half a tablet 4-5 days a week and a full one the rest of the days (or a day that I want to be more focused). Been doing it for 2 weeks and I feel great, no extra sweating or any other issues. I think taking a full tablet every day was too much for me. The easiest way to cut a tablet in half is either using a sharp knife (or front teeth if you’re in a hurry-works!) UPDATE: After 48 hours of stopping it, all the negative effects have subsided. If it’s your first time taking it, be aware of these side effects. ———— I’ve been taking this for 3 weeks now, once a day, each morning before food. I might take it for 1 more week but I think i’ll stop it and maybe take it as needed, due to its negative effects on me. Positive: 1) I did notice that I was able to focus better. I had some work to do and I was able to spend 8-10 hours working on it. I should say, it felt that it was effective from day 1-2, which I found it weird and I’m wondering if there was some placebo effect taking place. Who knows. 2) I also noticed that I was spending less time on my phone. I used to look at my phone constantly and get distracted for hours. 3) It’s a bit easier to get up in the morning and I feel like I have more energy, in general. It has not affected my sleep. It hasn’t made me do things like I wouldn’t normally do (eg it’s not like all of sudden I started cleaning the house every day, working out for hours etc). But I’m just feeling that my batteries are more full throughout day. Negative: 1) It has definitely worsened my libido. Not only that, I’ve also noticed negative physical effects related to that. 2) Sweating. I sweat more than usual. Like, I won’t sweat out of the blue but in situations that I would normally sweat, I’m sweating more. I’ll provide an update in a week or so. If it wasn’t for the negative effects, I would probably continue it for another month to see if the positive effects are truly real and not placebo.

After many weeks of faithful consumption I actually do find it has enhanced my cognitive ability. I was looking to improve focus and clarity and it has proven to do just that! I will continue to take it daily.

I feel more alert

I was wondering if this would show any signs of working and after four weeks I think more clearly. Great focus on remembering things and no side effects.

I really think this product works and it's a must in periods of intense stress like preparing for exams or intense school sessions, or even to boost your memory capacity. I explain: I'm currently studying to pass my Bar exam, and this has helped tremendously to stay focus and awake for a long time, I'm only sleeping a max of 4hours a night and I'm really awake throughout the day and have the impression really helps me to store the mass of information we have to for the Bar exam. I can see the difference when I'm not taking it because I just skipped 3 des last week and I was dreaded by 8pm, while on these I can run without problem until midnight. If these pills are really natural 100%, I'm amazed. I must say I usually don't take anything (natural products or vitamins or medicine) so I don't know because I have a drug free body that these have such a great impact . I would've loved to know about these even in my 20's (I'm 37). I do suggest trying them for mental focus and performance. I tried the aswaganda before and a Lion's mane supplement that is supposed to be a nature's nutrient for neurones but did not help like this one. It's a must and I do suggest you try it if in need of a boost of mental focus.

Hallo . Ich nehme das Produkt jetzt 4 Wochen und bin zufrieden. Ich nehme es zusammen mit Taurin . Ich nehme es gegen leichte Anfälle ( Epilepsie) die sich bei mir mit plötzlichem Unwohlsein bis hin zu einer Ohnmacht führen. Ich werde es weiter nehmen und hoffen das es so bleibt.
