There's another review here that gives 1 star for abating the symptoms of acid reflux, so consider this a response. I also have acid reflux, which occurs as simple indigestion during the day, but at night, once I lie down, becomes really painful heartburn and sometimes leads to unpleasant sickness. I ordered this water in an attempt to simply overcome this discomfort at night, and I have to say it's working for me. I generally eat dinner at around 7pm and then, after this, I slowly drink a bottle of this water over the next few hours. Since starting this approach, I've found that I can lie down and sleep without any discomfort. I'm not waking in the night with heartburn and I have no sickness. Is it a cure for indigestion, I wouldn't claim this, but am I sleeping at nighty without any pain, yes absolutely. Since that disturbed sleep was my biggest problem with my digestion problems, I'm happy that I've found something that seems to work for me. Four stars, as it's not a miracle cure, but then I wasn't expecting one.

I bought this water for my mom. It’s easy and pleasant to drink, with a smooth taste. I would definitely recommend it for elderly people.

This stuff is thetops!! My son and I both suffer from reflux, we are on a dubious private water supply and the landlord has not tested it in over a year, our labradork sniffs it in disgust. We take a bottle each to bed and it works well for both of us and much cheaper than gaviscon. The sport bottle top is great less spillages. Well worth a try!!
