Came with bad battery
It came with a bad battery the screen won't turn on unless it's charging. I left it over night charging next morning with I removed the charge it wouldn't turn on

Problematic battery
I've bought the thing for only two months yet I already face some problems with the battery. Example: whenever I pull off the wire, the device just shut down. Also, after charging for the whole night, it still says the battery is critically low.
